- Notice to Participants: By entering or participating in the LAKR Cricket Zone Batting Cage, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in batting or bowling activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to impact from balls or bats, slips, or other physical injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
- Release of Liability: You release, discharge, and hold harmless Los Angeles Knight Riders (LAKR) or Los Angeles Cricket (LAC), its owners, partners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates — including event organizers and venue hosts (BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir) — from any and all liability, claims, or demands for damages arising out of your participation, observation, or presence in the batting cage area.
- Health & Safety: All participants are expected to follow posted safety rules and staff instructions. Protective gear must be worn where required. LAKR reserves the right to deny or remove any participant for unsafe behavior.
- Minors: All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s safety and participation.
- Agreement: Your participation or presence in the batting cage constitutes your full acceptance of this waiver and acknowledgment that you have read and understood the terms.
